Meet some of the professionals that are at the heart of this thriving organization.

Henry Holman, III

Henry is better known to everyone as Splinter.  He has been with McClure Company for over 27 years and received his education through the Local 520 Plumbers and Pipefitters apprenticeship training program.  Splinter is responsible for scheduling McClure fabrication projects and supervision of the shop manpower. 

Splinter and his wife Jeanine reside in Perry County with their 3 dogs and 2 cats.  He enjoys spending his leisure time outdoors hunting, hiking and working on his farm which continues to expand with his collection of John Deere 2-cylinder tractors.  While indoors Splinter takes in action packed motorcycle and car racing events.

Matthew G. Tressler, PE.

Matt is a Professional Engineer and Certified Energy Manager on the Design/Build and Energy Solutions Team.  Along with managing the engineering operations of the department, Matt also performs mechanical design and assistance with energy services estimating and proposal preparation. Matt joined McClure in 2000 upon graduation from The Pennsylvania State University where he earned his Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree. 

A native of Hershey/Hummelstown area, Matt and his wife Heather reside there with their twin daughters Brenna and Maura.  They are expecting their first son in March.  This proud father loves spending time with his family while utilizing his occasional spare time to play golf and helped coordinate the McClure summer golf league.  He also enjoys do-it-yourself projects around his home and trap shooting. 

Dean Badorf

Dean is the Manager of Construction Operations and has been with McClure Company for over 35 years. Dean is a graduate of Williamsport Area Community College and is responsible for all project managers involved with energy services construction. 

Dean is an avid outdoorsman and can be found most weekends hunting, fishing, hiking, enjoying a ride on his new Harley or cruising down a country road in his Mazda MX-5.

Dean is a native of Mechanicsburg and now resides in northern York County with his wife Wendy and their son Logan.  His two older children, Lauren and Lance, are both living and working in Philadelphia.

Garry Eichelberger

Garry (Ike) has been with McClure Company since 1998.  His responsibilities include operations, manpower supervision, quality control, and organizing the construction schedule at each of his projects.  As a youth Ike had aspirations of becoming a computer technician but became exposed to mechanical construction at a young age through his father’s plumbing and heating business.

Ike enjoys gardening and roaming through the woods hunting for Morel mushrooms to sauté and eat on his favorite prime rib steak.  Ike resides in southern Franklin County with his wife Debbie and their two children.  In his spare time Ike enjoys golfing and watching reruns of MASH.

Matthew Dixon

Matt is the manager of our service office located in State College.  Matt joined McClure in 1999 after graduation from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Engineering.  He is also a LEED Accredited Professional.

A native of Latrobe, Matt, his wife Jenny and their two boys spend much of their free time in Latrobe with their extended family.  Matt enjoys spending time playing with his two sons, watching baseball while willing the Red Sox to victory, renovating his home and fishing.

Mark Hyser

Mark became a Project Manager for McClure Company in 2001.  He joined the company in 1996 as a union pipefitter and worked his way up through various management positions.

A native of York County, Mark and his wife Pam live in the Dover area.  They enjoy spending time with their children and the newest addition to their family, their grandson Lyjah.  Mark is an avid sports fan, but has spent many hours through the years playing softball.  He belongs to the Local 520 Softball team who once again brought home the PA Pipe Trades Championship.  He has also been involved in the York City Softball League and his Church League.  In his spare time, he and his wife take road trips in their Mustang.

Judith B. Myers and Kenneth (Bub) J. Myers

A unique quality about working at McClure is also being part of the McClure family.  No one knows that better than Judi and Bub Myers.  Judi is the Executive Secretary to the President and Bub is the Auto Shop Supervisor for the McClure fleet of vehicles. 

Judi and Bub both enjoy exercising; most days over lunch you will find the two of them leaving the parking lot for their daily trot through a neighboring community.  Judi enjoys gardening and watching football or the movie channel in her spare time.  Bub enjoys weightlifting and you guessed it, watching the Speed channel.  On the weekends, don’t be surprised to see Bub and Judi flying down the highway in their Corvette.  They are both devoted open-wheel racing fans!
